Running back Curtis Martin went into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a New York Jet, as one would expect, considering he played eight of his 11 seasons with them. But today, he returns to Foxborough as one of the Patriots' honorary captains. Martin's presence is tied to the Patriots' celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Martin went into the HOF as a Jet and asked for the Jets chat at the HOF ceremony. He's a Jet through and through, but New England is where he started his career and sadly, the only place he reached a Super Bowl in his brief time there.

I'm happy for him.
