We could easily have gotten Cousins but he won't sell PSLs.
It would have been Russell Wilson, if anybody, not KC. The reason? There was an article posted here about how Terry Bradshaw loved RW and wanted to draft him.

They have plenty of reasons to trade him. They have a lot of holes to fill throughout the team. When you have a backup with trade value, you trade them to improve the team.

What does that mean?

Washington needs weapons for RG3, Holmes is a great weapon, and the Dkins showed interest in him when he was a free agent 2 years ago.

Holmes prolly wouldn't be enough, but it would be a good starting point.

LOL....the skins signed Garcon to a 5 year 42 million dollar contract this year, they have an effective cheap back up right now, why would they trade him for another WR making 12 million a year?? You want to trade for Cousins fine, but they are going to want draft picks, not a 50 million dollar WR who isnt worth near what he is making.

Kid makes his first NFL start and he is already better than Sanchez. Accurate, poised, made some good decisions.

Can we please bring in a regime that can build an offense.

OK...still same argument. we would not draft a talented QB but would bring in Tebow.

You would trade away your only WR for a totally untested 4th round pick?

Your only playmaker gone to help the O?

And then want to add more to the pot? Because Ratliff wasn't available?

OK

Holmes is a great weapon if you want to blow up a locker room

No I get it, I was just saying. Either way we're in agreement that the Tebow thing was stupid and could have had cousins or wilson

What holes does Wash really have?

Solid D even with Orakpo and Carriker out for season

Solid QB
Great Running Game
Good Receivers
Don't know about O line but they have a guy who has run for over 1300 yds and 3 WR's over 14.0 yds per catch so I'm assuming the line is solid.

I would rather have Cousins than some other back up that I have to pay way more money to. Cousins looks like he's gonna be good from pre season and the two games he played in this year. I would hold onto a guy like that then trade him for a draft pick that might not pan out.

Given that they are better than some are saying is more reason that I would trade Cousins. I would bet that Shanny and any HC would feel a lot better if RG3 goes down and he had a QB with some experience.
