Please no. We need stability and Vick represents nothing of the sort.

At this stage of his career, Vick will tap dance to "White Wedding" while wearing a bikini if it means getting to play in the nfl.

Been a Jet fan my entire life. Wear the green and white with pride. If they sign Vick I am done with this team.

And if the Jets start next season 4-0 with Vick, you would still not root for them?

No thank you. Ill take my chances with a rookie instead. This team needs to stop looking in the bargain bins at Odd Lot.

+1, something I've never said before, and completely for off-field reasons.

LOL @ his 'announcement' of where he would play, AS IF he has the least bit of say in the matter.

Nope - wouldn't even watch a game. For the same reason as Warfish mentioned above.

If Rex, Sparano, and Tanny are back, why the hell not. Add another clown to the circus act.

The only way I would sign off on Vick is if we hired Chip Kelly as our HC. That guy has a history of being able to utilize athletic QB's in his crazy fast paced system. College to NFL is a giant leap but I think the guy is an offensive genius. If there is one guy that could get the most out of Vick its him. Although Vick would probably get injured by week 3.

I think that WHOEVER the Jets bring in for 2013 will be nothing more than a stopgap for a year or two. In that case, if Vick comes cheap, I don't see it as the worst decision in the world. Can still try to develop someone behind him. Jets won't be a playoff team regardless of who's under center.

Jets expected to pursue veteran to compete with Sanchez, but Vick unlikely: sources #nyj http://t.co/FbFLODEZ via @nypost

I also think that you add another quality o-lineman and a WR and/or RB and Vick could really play quite well. As it currently stands the Jets o-line is a thousand times better than that atrocity in Philly. No quarterback would remain upright with what they've got going on over there.

There are 3 QBs in this league I would still take Sanchez over. McElroy, Henne, and Vick.

Just what we need. A rigged QB competition.

Time for Mark to go to the back of the bus. If we have to keep him then let him be an inactive 3rd stringer.

Jets should do it. And resign Tebow.

Line Sanchez up at wideout. Tebow at tight end. Vick under center. Run some sort of hybrid Sparano/Reid offensive scheme. We can have three guys looking confused and hearing footsteps in the same play.

The number of INTs, sacks, and fumbles would be epic.
