Honestly, this shouldn't surprise us. Rex is going to be given a 1-year audition for his job with the new GM coming in. If we don't win next year and start to turn this ship around, Rex is GONE in 2014.

At the VERY LEAST, Tanny needs to be fired. None of this demoted or reassigned bull****. Get him the hell out of the organization.

I'd have no problem canning Rex as well, but I agree that he's probably coming back.
