I think we need SD to win also.
These was the order before today: TEAMS W L SOS 1 Kansas City 2 13 0.489 2 Jacksonville 2 13 0.551 3 Oakland 4 11 0.471 4 Philadelphia 4 11 0.507 5 Detroit 4 11 0.569 6 Buffalo 5 10 0.493 7 Cleveland 5 10 0.502 8 Tennessee 5 10 0.538 9 Arizona 5 10 0.553 10 San Diego 6 9 0.471 11 Tampa Bay 6 9 0.482 12 NY Jets 6 9 0.516 13 Carolina 6 9 0.520 We jumped Tenn and TB. That puts us at 10. Terrell Pryor should help us jump SD. Not sure about Arizona against the Niners today |

As much offense this team needs, I just don't see a good value pick in the top 10 on that side of the ball. I'd go best pass rusher available (OLB) or ... trade down to maybe snag another #2???

Moore has actually played 3-4 OLB more than the DE that he played this year. He's no where near the "conversion" that some of the college DE's are. He would be a great pickup if he lasts til the Jets.

You can upgrade RB if needed in Round 2 or 3 of this draft, no need to take one in the first. I don't rule out anything, because I'm not a professional GM, but if Matt Barkley is a Jet next year, it would be the most surprising Jet transaction I will have ever witnessed. |
