In all these mock headcoaching change threads nobody mentions Tony Dungy as a possible HC replacement for the Jets.

Yeah, Dungy would institute the discipline and commitment to defense that's missing right now.

Well if we take Herm back we don't have to worry about our coach only paying attention to one side of the ball and ignoring the other.

To Herm's credit he didn't play favorites and was equally incompetent at both offense and defense

I think I read where he was done with coaching and wouldn't consider a return.
