It may sound crazy but Arizona has talent on both sides of the ball. Graves would be an interesting candidate for the jets as GM and let Tanny just do the numbers.

I havent heard or read that Shefter thinks that Tanny is going to be fired or demoted. There actually isnt a lot of "chatter" about Tanny being fired from the national writers.

You hear more from the local beat writers about that than the National guys. Demoting guys is a bad practice, and it really isnt fair to the next GM to have his predecessor still sitting in the same office.

Due to work, I don't get to follow during the week. Only catch up on the weekends when I get back to LA and watc ESPN First Take (DVR the shows). I saw a few episodes from this week. Steven A. says Tanny needs to go. He's pushing Bill Polian stating he is a football guy unlike Tanny. No thanks.
