The Jets' interview with David Caldwell will take place in Jersey. Very possible he could wind having to choose b/w Jax and NYJ GM jobs.

So, Woody flew to GA to pick him up and bring him back to Jersey for a second interview. Sounds like we've got our guy.

Can someone clarify this for me. Woody's jet arrived in Atlanta this morning and left a couple of hours later? Sounds like its more then just an interview if that's true.

The only reason it sounds like more than an interview is because of the timing. I would like to see Caldwell or Gamble hired immediately and let them get down to work.

I agree, the timing is odd in that it seems to be cutting it really close to when the press conference will start.

Suddenly, Rex "loves Norv". Last year he mocked Norv's performance in San Diego. Said if he'd had Norv's players, they'd have won multiple Super Bowls.

IMO, Norv hates Rex' guts for embarrassing him in the media and with his owner. (Something the NFL head coache's "good ol' boy's club" frowns upon.) No way he comes here.
