No because one can have the final say and still be involved throughout the process.

No, it's can you work with this guy, can you guys get along, can you both work towards a common goal. All this Rex running the show has gotten blown out.

Especially since he's been on vacation for the first 99% of it.

Have to believe this Cohen stuff is a leak designed for leverage with Caldwell and Gamble.

The Cohen hire will not be well received by the media or the fanbase.

Which makes the hiring of a firm and the interviewing of other candidates irrelevant

Well then I say to you to keep your eyes and ears closed while Rex keeps shoveling all his bullsh!t down your submissive throats.

It's obvious none of the candidates want Rex. That why Gamble's interview was t impressive. He's no sheep and he isn't stupid. Caldwell is using us to get $ out of Jax.

The team is on a downward spiral. We need a fresh perspective, someone from outside the organization. Promoting our Asst GM isn't OK, not on board with that at all.

There's NO reason to delay the process. Start Geno Smith.

This would not surprise me at all when you mandate that the H.C. must be back and the incoming G.M. cannot pick his own guy for at least a year.

This would also make me laugh hysterically or start flame throwing Florham Park.
