Well your eyes were wrong. Fell off the ballot, got less than 5% of vote.

This was a great injustice. A travesty.

Srsly, you dont think Mike was into the PED's?

I know he never failed a test.

But, c'mon.

I love the message it sends to young athletes.

Its great for our kids!

Maybe, if they are true athletes, they wont face that moment where they have to choose.

He should have been voted in today. No question. No moral ambiguity here.

Moral ambiguity only applies to the Yankees, apparently.

Many of the people who vote have access to alot more info. than we see posted on the record. I seriously doubt they would bypass Mike based upon weak allegations and speculation. Passed tests aside, there must have been enough "smoke" to indicate a fire.

My son's a HS athlete and a huge sports buff. He was stunned today to see no one made the cut, and I can see him giving the whole issue alot of thought. As a parent, I am thrilled. Let their negative, be my positive.

I dont give a personal crap about any of these athletes.

Consequences to actions...imagine that!

I thought it was fantastic. I think you are also punishing the guys who turned a blind eye in the lockerroom. (Which probably includes a lot of sportswriters as well).

Piazza came from LA, those temas on the west coast seemed to be overflowing with PED abuse. If he wasn't using he sure as hell knew who was.

Having a blank year is a great statement and a great way to hurt the legacy of everyone who played in the steroid era. I hope they do it again next year. Almost like a 2 year ban on the hall for everyone.
