@BrianCoz: A lot of questions about Tom Gamble. I've heard he did not wow the Jets in his interview but they have not ruled anyone out.

The more this search plays out, the more I am actually getting impressed and encouraged by it. The Jets have interviewed the up and comers(Gamble, Caldwell, Ross) and now are interviewing guys with the business type back ground(Idzik and Kahn) and guys with GM experience(Angelo and Popp)

They had the chance with Gamble to jump on a hot name early and end it, but they didn't. I don't totally rule him out yet, but the Jets will be able to see a lot of different types candidates and make an informed decision with a lot of basis to judge candidates against each other, which is very smart in my opinion.
