I seriously cannot wait until we're done with these Tebow-cultists.

My View
It is very obvious that the Jets have to build up their offense to be competitive. I would draft in the early rounds more impact offensive weapons as well as a lineman. Then the following year I would draft a QB if Sanchez still has not developed. In addition I would add some speedy SEC players to their roster.

![]() As much as fans may not want to hear it, a mauling run game (think OL and RB) are the next easiest piece on the road back to respectability. Paired with a pretty solid defense, it gives us a shot to be competitive while the cap and personnel get sorted out (yes I am looking at you Sanchez). These are needs that can be addressed with vets/draft (i.e. cheaply) and give us a good base to make more impactful moves in 2014. |

Here is the biggest problem with your plan.
The vast majority of professional football insiders agree that Tebow has no business being in the NFL or even the CFL for that matter. Don't you think the Jets even knew this once they saw him play on a daily basis? |

First Sanchez cannot be cut this year. Bring in a real OC to teach him, the rookie QB and Mac. Tebow gets cut. Sorry he's the odd man out. Let the three of them compete with a Vet and then see what happens. Sanchez will either be the #3 or the backup. If he beats out the Vet then he deserves to start (The vet cut) but with a short leash. Fumble issues again, he's gone. Of course this is contingent on not being able to trade him without the huge cap hit. Mac goes on the PS if he comes in 3rd.
