I did read the bio before I posted. That highlight tells em that he has worked with players before and not strictly a cap guy.

I should say he's not "strictly" a cap guy. He has worked with personnel before with Kansas City. He was the strength and conditioning coach with KC so he has to have some knowledge of talent and personnel
