Anyone else rather see Tony Gonzalez go out on top rather than Ray Lewis?
Every year when the playoffs comes, there's always a storyline involved for each team, that makes people gravitate towards them more.
This year the big one is Ray Lewis. It seems everybody is rooting for the Ravens, because they want to see Ray go out on top and end his career with a ring. Lost in all this however, is that he's not the only future HOF'er who is going to retire at the end of the year. Atlanta's TE Tony Gonzalez is also retiring at the season's end. Gonzo is hands down the greatest Tight End of all time. He deserves to add a ring to his legendary career. And while I love Ray Lewis as a player and have the utmost respect for him, he already has a ring. Tony has never even sniffed a championship. This is the closest he's been and the closest he ever will be to getting a title. So with all due respect to Ray, I'm rooting for the GOAT TE to ride off into the sunset with a ring around his finger. Does anybody else feel the same way? |

Agreed! I also don't recall Tony Gonzalez having his hands in any murders. Seems that you never hear anything but good things about him.

Ray Lewis belongs in jail. Not the HOF.
But Braylon is a behavioral problem, LOL! BTW - Lewis already has a ring. |

Did he official announce he is retiring? I think Tony still has 2 years left in him.

Anyone but the Patriots
But yeah, I'd rather see Gonzalez go out on top. Ray already has a ring. |

Personally, I think San Francisco is going to win. But I'd love to see Tony Gonzalez get the ring he deserves. He's a great player and has more than earned it.
The only team I want to lose is the Patriots. I'd be happy for any of the other 3 teams. - If SF wins, it means the Jim Harbaugh era has really begun and he's the next great NFL coach (which he is regardless). - If BAL wins, Ray Lewis goes out on top and Ray Rice from Rutgers will be a champion. - If ATL wins, Gonzalez gets his ring and Matt Ryan steps into elite company. |

Lewis and Reed have theirs I don't think Gonzo does so yeah. Blank is the biggest douche owner IMO. I would love to see Abe, Gonzo, White, McClure, Turner, Clabo, Peterson, Samuel, and Robinson win one really just not wearing an Atlanta jersey.

I suppose it depends on whether you think he's a murderer or not.
