Another Poster Snubs Mod Vacancy

AP - January 16th 2013

Quote:
JI’s pool of candidates for their vacant Mod position shrunk by one yesterday.

All Pro Poster Ruby2 withdrew his name from consideration for the job, according to a source.

Ruby2 interviewed for the job on Jan. 7 as part of the initial group of candidates JI looked at. His interview was reported as “solid but not enough” according to one source. Another told the AP “Ifiin he’d sung Dylan in a wife beater, he would have scored through the roof”. JI’s bringing some candidates back this week for second interviews and hope to have a Mod hired by the end of the week.

Ruby2, 25, interviewed for Mod openings with JetsInsider, PatriotPower and Fisheaven. He is considered a rising star in the internet and a future Administrator.

A college graduate, he worked with the Bath, Bed and Beyond and Ikea before joining the Home Depot in May 2007. He has run the Home Depot’s Lighting & Ceiling fans sector for the past five years, leading the evaluation process of articles such as the LED lightbulb and the Hampton Bay ceiling fan remote control.

JI has interviewed at least 10 candidates to fill the position left open when they fired Shakin318 after losing his username and password during a bet in Las Vegas last week.

Owner of JI commented on Ruby's candidacy only by saying, "his future lies in produce."

Sorry but I'd rather have someone associated with a winning organization. If they hire Ruby2 from "within" I'm finished with JI.

What about DWC or GMC? They obviously knew something was going down the crapper and bailed out when they could. Should speak to their integrity.

He'll probably be an all-pro Mod at PatriotPower and be a Mod HoF lock. Another one we let slip by.

I hope Ruby at least had the courtesy to give multiple resumes.

You know what happens to some mods if they don't get multiple resumes.

The fact that this Mod interview process has been going on for so long goes to show what a clusterf*ck of an organization JI is.

I agree. There should be at least one foreigner interviewed.

Technically he'll no longer qualify in 28 days.

EDIT
To my credit:
- I'll never take a stance on anything
- nudity, obscenities and drinking at indecent hours does not offend me
