We actually have a relationship with Moore and he has worked with Rex. This would be a fantastic hire in my view.

Tend to agree here. Would prefer a fresher perspective, but would love to have him on staff in some way shape or form. #1 red-zone offense in 2011, ranked 13 overall? Absurd to think we had that 2 years ago.

I'd prefer Whiz over Tom Moore.

Whiz would be great, especially if he came with Grimm as OL-Coach.
Would never happen though. The guy is too much of a threat to replace Rex. Rex would never bring in someone who would be a better alternative as HC
