The guy has experience in talent evaluation, may not be much but to label him in such a way in that he does not know personnel is a little premature. a lot of people and beat writers have stated this not sure if I can agree with that

Was the QB coach of the Bears.

He was the QB coach for the 2005 Jets, who were forced to field 5 different QBs. Didn't Quincy Carter play on that team?
