With Woody originally saying that the new GM would control the personnel, and then the GM search seemingly shifting it's focus to what other reporters have called "cap guys", does that suggest that Rex might have more of a hand in personnel than Woody's letting on?

Has Orr reached out to idzik and his people?

Any general tendencies he can pass along to us?

Any thoughts on what sticking point could be now if contract was offered to idzik?

Simply a matter of trying to string it out for more money? Or any other reasons he believes may be delaying a decision?

Any word of press conference tomorrow or in the future?

Has he spoken to the guy Jed or jeb? What thoughts on him?

Has he spoken to anyone who was involved with the search in Seattle to find out preferences/inclinations?

Yeah, they were having technical issues anyway. Not a whole bunch of questions got through. It was a good show though and Connor was great. Should listen to it later.
