What round did the Pats draft The Gronk. What round did the Pats draft Hernandez. I am not oposed to drafting a TE as long as it's not in the 1st or 2nd round. 1st and 2nd round picks should be used for premium positions in every single draft. Even if you already have a player at that position. Wanna know how the Pats have managed to remain atop the AFC dispite some of the worst drafts in memory. Well, they have Brady. Seriously, Brady don't block for Brady. Brady don't throw to brady. Brady don't don't defend the run . Brady don't play special teams. The Patriots draft terrible, but they draft smart. Just because u have a 1st round pick doesn't mean u shound draft a player in the 1st round. If no player at a premium position is available in the 1st round where u are scheduled to pick, trade the pick and add more picks even if it's into the next year. Premium Positions: The Stars / 1st and 2nd QB LT / ability to run and pass block equally well. OC / See LT RBF NT OLB / 34 DE / 43 Co Stars: 2nd and 3rd RT / Ability to move inside to OG CB DT MLB FS Suporting Cast: 3rd and Later OG TE RBC SS FB Ks Ps |

And he's got that type of speed on the field. He's a mismatch if the Jets ever get a competent QB. |

No. Cumby is a terrible blocker and an average receiving Tight End. Resign Keller to a 1 year incentive deal please.
