An unnamed source has confirmed that Bill Belichick was seen under Rex's car immediately prior to the accident. The stains on his sweatshirt are suspected to be brake fluid. Roger Godell has confiscated the sweatshirt and it will be tested. The incident is being referred to by the media as "Bad-Brake-Gate".
