I get that real bad. My wife will ask me "Do you have acne on your neck?

"No, I just friction burned the hell out of my skin, it'll heal in 2 days, so I can try to shave again and re-burn it."

Thanks for the link, I will look into this option. I personally use an electric razor to shave-off thickness and manual to detail...they last longer this way (I don't use shaving cream, just water).

Rinse your razor in cold water. Should cut down on the neck razor burn.

This is what I use. My neck hair grows in a thousand different directions, it is impossible to not get some irritation with regular razors. This one doesn't get close, but that is the idea. Haven't gotten razor burn since I've been using it.

Its tough for a white dude to slip that past the cashier without getting the knowing nod from the female cashier (the "I know you are shaving a black dudes b*lls with this" type look)

I use this on my nuts. Gotta believe it will work great on beards.

I just use the GF's razors.

I'm almost half NA...so I really don't need SOTA razor tech.

Not sure I'm seeing the problem here. A lot of the black guys I worked with had razor bump issues, why should you be any different? And why would a female cashier care if you were shaving your balls?

Blacks are more prone to ingrown hairs or bumps b.c their facial hair tends to be curly. A black guy actually recommended the product to me. When I shave that is what I use. But most of the time I just use a beard trimmer on the shortest setting.

I know that. It was directed at 32, I just needed the image you included to set up the larfs.

I used to go to the barber years ago and the barber would sharpen it with a leather belt ; he would put a hot towel on your face, followed with a lather bowl and brush. When you got done, your face was like a babies behind. The closest shaves I've ever had.

I simply can't trust a barber to give me a shave. I'm sure they're good, but something about lying back in that chair and literally sticking my neck out so Vito can take a straight razor to it scares me no end. Oh, and I don't dig the hot towel scorching my face either!
