He seems smart, well-spoken, thoughtful. But meek. And Rex is a dominant personality. It is what it is.

I am pretty impressed so far. In the coming days/weeks I think we will see a change in culture with this organization. I think Idzik will rely more on guys like Bradway and Cohen then Rex regarding the draft. People will be accountable for their positions and there will be more "organization" rather than chaos.

This is the first step in building a solid organization.

I liked that answer alot. I'll be honest first impression is a little skeptical, he seems like a very easy going guy that doesn't give the impression that he can stand up to strong personalities, but then on the other hand he's handling the media (which you could consider strong personalities) very well. I'm not going to make a premature judgment on him. We'll see what his body of work is.

I think he's got confidence. He doesn't talk big and speak loudly because he's confident in himself and his abilities. Hopefully this means he doesn't need to bark because his bite is legit.
