He said he GM 4 days and 3 of the days were out of town. He is very comfortable so far with the organization. He said it will be a WE team and collabrative decisions.

They will spend a lot to time evaluating the teams personnel and a lot of time preparing for the draft.

He know about Mark Sanchez from his draft days and thinks he's very athletic but won't comment further as all players will be evaluated as part of the process.

My take is this guy is the right guy. I like his humble demeanor and expect him to take charge once he get his bearings here.

He handled himself extremely well. I like what he said his approach will be as far as drafting, and signing free agents.

Results are what matter, obviously. But I like what I'm hearing so far.
