Back when it was released, I thought this song was a joke. Now, I get it.

Thijs van Leer is bizare, but cool. Great vocal range and not a bad organist/flautist.

It would be cooler if they actually showed him doing lines off his hammond.

What.

I remember this mess.

He's a talented dick who somehow managed to convince an excellent band to back him in his ill-purposed mission.

My guess is he was targeting male groupies with this; Everyone listens to it, most flee...and if anyone male is left hanging over the railing at the end of the show...he's gonna get banged in the *** by bulgey eyed Mozart.

This is like an old movie that sucks.

LMAO

ill-purposed mission - i wish i could write like that

there is something about liking this performance that reminds me of the snooty old couple - "we'll take the Kramer"

Its the Bohemian Rhapsody for dumass little 10 year olds.

However, Gladys Knight looked really good in the introduction.

I remember the foxy Thelma of Good Times fame used the word "together" to describe something hip as well.

Just saw a recent pic of Thelma - she still got it. Looks like an older version of adult star Jada Fire.

Sounds more like a repressed memory rather than one of your "guesses."

I say definitely cool. That song should have been playing, everytime I grabbed a bottle at the liquor store coming off three, four months sobriety. He nails exactly how it felt leading up to it in the parking lot.
