It's gona be eighter Wilson or Glennon

I am strongly leaning Glennon because of his poise, height, and down field throwing.Geno Smith is going to K.C.Glennon is calm, cool, and collective in all situations as evidenced vs Florida St this year.He looks off defenders and scans the field well.He throws well on the run, play action, shot gun, or from under center. He is nearly identical to Joe Flacco in height and long arms. He's from a qb college that produced Rivers and Wilson. I don't want Wilson due to his gun slinger mentallity and mistake making, and I would rather take Glennon who can throw down the field but I have more confidence in him not making an int.

Glennon has an impressive arm and he will complete down the field.Right now teams win with qb's who can throw down the field.Let's get him.

I'm a big Glennon fan.

Does he have some issues? Sure, but who doesn't?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you guys are waiting for the next Andrew Luck with virtually no flaws in his game, then I'll see you in 2030.

And let's pray to God that we have the #1 pick that year.

Do you see any QBs going in the first 8 picks?

Glennon vs Clemson, his first 2 throws are shaky but you see a lot of potential here.

There are 2 franchize qbs in this draft my opinion.Smith is one and Glennon is the other.Glennon will not be a playoff qb year one,but he insane upside.Eli Manning/Joe Flacco upside.

I wouldnt get too excited about him based on that highlight video. Clemson's defense was pretty bad most of the year, they were a mess at CB and safety. Somebody is going to fall in love with his arm though and think they can coach him up. He will probably be drafted higher than he is worth, but we usually see that with a few QBs every year.

I think Geno does, despite what guys like Kiper and McShay think.

Glennon will probably shoot up the boards after the senior bowl/combine/pro days. Big bodied, rocket armed QB's always do.

I'd personally have no problem with Glennon at #9.

I'd rather roll the dice on a potential stud QB than take the 3rd/4th rated passrusher.

People can call it a reach all they want, but if the kid turns out to be a legit franchise QB, no one will give a sh*t where we drafted him.

I'm no scout but watching that video a couple of things stood out. 1st the Clemson Oline sucks. He was under pressure on every throw and he seems to do a nice job handling the pressure. It is a contrast to the game film of Sanchez at USC where it seemed he had all day to throw. Second, he has a quick release and seems to be able to adjust his release points well. Some of the throws were off and that's a concern. I believe he will be available with the 9th pick. I'm not high on Wilson due to the tiny hand syndrome but maybe Barkley or Glennon?

Overall I have no idea if he will be good at the next level.

I would not touch Barkley at all.Usc qb's are busts and busts every single time.Nc St has produced Phillip Rivers and Russel last name Wilson, yes even though he transferred to Wisconsin.I would have much more faith with Glennon over Barkley.

If we pick a Qb from this draft at #9 I'll vomit.

I have basically watched every NC State game for the past few years.

Glennon will NOT be an impact QB .....game is too fast for him.

He may be as good as McCoy, Chris Simms etc.... That is a starter, relegated to back up fairly quickly.

Why?

At least it gives us hope again.

Sorry, but I can't get excited about the future if we take some mid-late round QB whose longterm potential is that of a backup.

I have no idea why you keep comparing him to guys like McCoy, Leinart, Simms, etc

For a guy who supposedly watches every NC State game, your assessment of him couldn't be farther off.

And I'll be there holding the bag for you. After watching the practices this week, I wouldn't touch any of them until late in round 2. They are all the perfect example of "the best house in a crappy neighborhood." Bray from Tennessee has got to be better than these guys, right?
