DITTO. He was a leader of men and a winner! He had an attitude second to none. NY could not phase him. He did it his way!

You stick Marino on the Jets with Al Toon and Toon could have had 2000 yards multiple seasons.

Toon had a crap QB, Marino always had crap WR's, no running game, and a usually average to suck defense.
Duper and Clayton were good, but if it wasn't for Marion, no one would remember them. To say they were crap is a bit extreme. Marino was awesome. Great arm, super quick release, un-appreciated in his ability to move just enough in the pocket to avoid sacks. Never had a running back or a defense until Jimmy got there, and by then it was too late.

Elway was the same way. Look at the teams he got into the Super Bowl. I know he got killed, but those teams did not belong even in the playoffs. Leave out entire offense the same, put in Elway with our current defense, we are probably in the AFC championship game.

But to me, have to win 1 game, Montana was the best.

Either Montana or Manning. Slight edge to Montana.

Montana on the Jets might get us into the playoffs but then again he might get injured pretty quickly.

Current day Joe Namath. If they stink next year, at least he could lead the team in drinking

Elway or Steve Young would be my pick because I just really liked those guys when I was a kid.

Anyone who picked a position other than QB gets an F for this assignment.

I think I'd go with Elway. He did more with less than just about any QB I can think of and when he really had another talented player with him, he won it all.

A healthy Joe Namath. What a treat it would be to see him play QB again.

What QB could lead this talentless Jet team to the playoffs. We would need a tough QB that could take hits and one that can run when our receivers are all blanketed which happens pretty regularly. Randall Cunningham gets my vote.

Brady. IMO - best QB in the history of the NFL. I could see why some would say Montana and its a great argument, but I would def. roll with Tom.

best qb in the history of the cheating nfl your right but to say he is better than montana and about 50 others is just insane.

or how about one that doesn't take 3 years to go through his progressions and lock on to his wr's.
