So you're saying the Jets and Rex had a Kaepernick on the roster last year and Rex refused to make the switch?

Rex didn't even have a QB of the quality to bench that he had.

What a goofy analogy.

If Cowher was that interested in coaching, and that interested in running the show, I'm sure some team over the last 4 years would have done it.

Why didn't the Jets draft Brady? They had like 5 chances. Why didn't they draft Colin Kaepernick? How about Joe Flacco? What about Ray Lewis? Why didn't the hire Bill Bellichick (oh wait they did).

Rex wouldn't have drafted Kaepernick. End of story.

Almost as bad as yours. Alex Smith had a 103 passer rating when he got benched by Harbaugh, Sanchez was floating in the high 60s when Rex stayed loyal to him.

If he loses today, he'll be 2-1 in the postseason this year.

Rex went 2-1 in the 2011 postseason, and beat better teams.

Not to mention that after today, Harbaugh will be 3-2 in the postseason. Rex is 4-2.

who knows? Until someone is given a real shot at the job, who can tell? But that was the point. Would WRECKS give anyone the chance to succeed over his favorite QB even if we had Kapernick? Look at how long he stuck with Hunter.

With a LOT more talent. Lots. I'll go out on a limb and say a better coach would have crushed the RAvens - like they were expected to.

The Jets were planned out to win by 2010. It was over by 2011, they missed their chance and there was no space to get any better players, the roster sucked for a reason.

You're not really in a position to speak for what other teams would want.
