For whatever reason my deadly illness thread was deleted into the ether, no explanation or idea as to who, why or whatnot.

Anyhoo, for those interested, testing yesterday found some more stuff on my thyroid. Surgery is scheduled for Wednesday. Prognosis is pretty good, but I'll have this the rest of my life. Apparently this is the herpes of cancers.

A cocktail of Synthroid and Valtrex should do.
