Friday Night in San Francisco Live, by Al DiMeola, John McLaughlin, and Paco de Lucia. Easily the best Nouveau Flamenco guitar CD ever made, and it was literally an ad-hoc performance / jam session. When it comes to the Stones, you can't go wrong with Get Yer Ya Yas Out but there is a great one that you may never have yeard.
Brussels Affair by the Stones was a must have for bootleggers for years but has recently had an official release.
