Couldn't get any pics of the surgery, but here is a before and after:

Welcome back! Told you it was a breeze. FYI, I thought I was out of the woods had to stay overnight cause of parathyroids, I eventually wound up on D supplements not a big deal just another pill to take. Hang tough, Jetworks.

Anyhoo, for those interested, testing yesterday found some more stuff on my thyroid. Surgery is scheduled for Wednesday. Prognosis is pretty good, but I'll have this the rest of my life. Apparently this is the herpes of cancers.
I pray all goes well. My Son is fighting stage IV cancer of his Liver and lungs.... not pretty.

I wish you and your family all of the best......

Thanks LSL, but normal is a relative state.

Yup, feeling pretty good. I'm hoping my paras are ok, at first glance the seem to be.

JW - glad to hear -and see - that it all went well. I think the nurse went a tad bi overboard in the drawing and gave you a wee bit of a goatee. Perhaps she thought it would look good on you? Or was it a murse?

I think so too. I'll be sure to send a donation to the temple in your name.

LOL, it was the surgeon. Those were medial markers. The dotted markers are to delineate where they look to hide the scar. I think it's called a Zeus line, but I could be wrong.
