Well , now I know what it feels like to have your heart broken forever. Cancer is now advanced stage iv and spread. Doctor gave him only about 3 months to live. Guys if you have kids give them a hug and hold them for an extra second. That's me hugging my son letting him know that the pain will soon be gone.....

+1....I just went through some stuff with my son (not nearly as serious as this) and this is nothing like watching tears of pain and sorrow from your child.

I can't even imagine what you're going through, Bing. You are in my prayers as well.

Wow... that is just brutal. My thoughts and prayers to your son and your entire family. I can't imagine your pain but as a parent, my heart is breaking just reading this. God bless.

God has a plan for all of us. Your son is needed up in heaven and you will see him again. Cherish the 27 years you had and the time that is left. One reason God has chose your son is because he knows you are strong enough to handle it.

Thoughts and prayers are with you and your son… I hope you get a miracle… we actually did have one in my family.

My mom had a tumor and it shrunk despite Doctor’s saying it couldn’t…

Fight the fight, stay positive and believe. You never know what can happen or what you/son’s future could yet still hold.

Thanks again for the well wishes. At this point we are all just numb. I wish they was a way to avoid the anguish that's coming in the months ahead. We do have an appoitment at Sloan Kettering in Midtown Manhatten in early March to see if he is a candidate for any clinical trials.....

I know some nurses from here. They are the absolute best.

Sorry for the difficult months ahead. Not sure what to say but this: hopefully Bill's loved ones find peace sometime down the line with this, by realizing that Bill is actually being released from his suffering. But that time will come. Right now, I hope you cherish every moment you have with him.

I'm his age...and I promise you he's probably just as worried about you, as you are for him. Stay strong.
