Not surprising. As good as Warmack is, we didn't really get to see him in many passing situations as most would have hoped. Everyone knows he's a road grater but how we he hold up constantly dropping back and pass blocking 30-40 times a game?

Schneider said that Idzik's involvement in personnel has increased over the last few years, which was a point of emphasis from both Idzik and Schneider, who met Idzik when he was a pro scout.

"He's always worked at it," he said. "It's not like he wasn't watching film it's just that he wasn't responsible for a primary area.

Gag! As if the NFLN could get any worse, well looks like they found a way. Tannenbaum must be the prototypical example of the Peter Principle at work. He has never had an original thought, just repeats catch phrases he has heard from someone else and memorized and then repeats, ad nauseum. He did this with Parcells, then Mangini, then leaned on Rex who has zero talent evaluation ability and he finally paid for his own inability. Who's sheet is he going to crib off of at the network? They will probably feed him his lines beforehand and then he will mumble them on camera. Ugh, who wants to listen to that marble mouth? And 'long history' evaluating talent in the NFL? Give me a freaking break. In case it's still not obvious, I can't stand the guy.
