A co-worker of mine and I laughed when we were called into a conference room at work and were told an ex co-worker died. We actually hated this woman (and vica-versa) as she once reported us for spending an hour every Monday morning for talking about fantasy football. We weren't laughing because she died, she didn't work with us anymore and we didn't care. It was more of a "boy wouldn't it be f***ed up if we started laughing" thing.

Thank God our manager who was eulogizing the "strong woman" didn't see us.
We heard the word dicks a few times on the way out though.

I think he meant he normally would have freaked out but this story reminded him there are worse things in life.

Possibly.

Unfathomable....
I heard this story on the radio the other day...incredibly sad and it puts the trials and tribulations of our own lives in proper perspective

Can I piggy back some of these thoughts and prayers for my brother Rich? He's awaiting cardioversion here in Cooper Hospital. Hope this does the trick for his arrhythmia. May this family also find peace.
