Jonathan Cooper outlifted every lineman there with 35 reps

Warmack opted not to lift

He just seems to speak too fast and stumbles at times. Boomer Easison and Dikta are a couple others that seem to do they same thing. But it's good to hear Tanny's and Pioli's insight.

Apparently Warmack put up 35 reps also....looking like OG is going to be premium position in this draft

Heh. Guess he changed his mind after he saw Cooper. Competition is good

Most interesting potential salary-cap casualty in coming days: Cowboys WR Miles Austin. Dallas needs cap space and Austin would provide it.

Too bad we can't afford him

Cruz, Wallace, now Austin... with all that cap space Indy is going to have some nice weapons for Luck next season, that's for sure

I dont see it. His dead money if cut is greater than the money they save by cutting him which would only be 3.5 million. Maybe they floated this story to move the Romo contract re-structuring talks along.

EDIT...just looked at the Cowboys cap situation player by player and it is a cluster f**k. I know we complain about how Tanny gave out some bad contracts, but the Cowboys have some VERY little ability to maneuver right now. I urge you guys to check it out.

LOL

The kid showed a ton of promise at tailback.

How inept are the Raiders?

Yes they have big issues which is why I think they trade Romo. No way he plays at 32 on his last year of his deal. He is either going to get a stupid deal and they are going to be paying him 20+ mil the next 4-5 years or they move him. I think they could get someone to dish out a high 1st and a 2nd or even a 1st next year. I wouldn't put it past Buff or Zona. Dallas has Orton and can build around a new QB out of this draft.

There's NO reason to delay the process. Start Geno Smith.

^ Eagles and Chiefs discussing a trade involving Nick Foles (shock of the century, I know). Philadelphia is willing to deal Foles for a Day 2 (Rounds 2-4) draft pick.

Day 2 is round 2 & 3. Day 3 is rounds 4-7.

If KC gives up their 3rd round flat out they are nuts. Foles and a 5th for the 3rd I can see.

@adbrandt: Interesting to hear Miles Austin as potential Cap casualty, as his contract was culprit in Cowboys' Cap penalty from uncapped year.

@adbrandt: Austin's contract structured w/no proration, allowing easy release. Best way to structure, but need Cap room (or uncapped yr) to do.

Was just looking at the free agent list on the bottom of screen while watching the combine. If Keller hits free agency and the Jets do not resign him, would Brandon Myers even be worth a thought? I don't think he would be be any significant upgrade, but possibly a cheap option? Didnt watch any Raiders games so I don't know much about him other than this was the first year he has done anything. Anyone know if he can can block at all? If not, I don't know if he would be an upgrade to Cumberland

Report: Kansas City Chiefs told Nick Foles unavailable

Report: Kansas City Chiefs told Nick Foles unavailable

By Gregg Rosenthal
Around The League Editor
Published: Feb. 23, 2013 at 11:47 a.m. Updated: Feb. 23, 2013 at 12:56 p.m.

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles both insisted Thursday that a trade involving quarterback Nick Foles was unlikely. Eagles coach Chip Kelly said that he wanted to coach Foles, and Chiefs coach Andy Reid believed the Eagles liked Foles too much to deal him.

Behind the scenes, the Chiefs at least wanted to find out how serious the Eagles were about their Foles fever.

Mike Garafolo of USA Today reported Saturday that the two teams spoke this week about Foles, but no progress was made toward a deal. The conversation took place after Reid publicly said Foles was "not available."

It appears Reid is right. The Eagles reiterated to the Chiefs that Foles was not available at this time. That possibly could change in the coming weeks with the league year starting March 12. Either the Eagles are trying to gain leverage and not show their hand or they actually mean what they say.

Our guess: Foles unlikely will go anywhere.

I think I'm starting to love the idea of drafting Bray, maybe in the 3rd round. But I have a feeling he'll go in the 2nd round.

Once he starts throwing his stock will start rising. I would take him in the third round without hesitation.
