Tony is already saying that he's hearing from multiple teams that Jones will experience a Daquan Bowers-esque fall on draft day. Take it for what it is.

Seems to be conflicting reports about Jones. That would be quite a fall. I would sign up for this draft in an instant though.

I love the draft until i got to the last pick.

Ellington isn't an every down back. He's not big enough to be an inside runner, and his cuts are average. He isn't great at making a man miss. Pretty much a mediocre NFL RB. Might have success, but isn't anything special.

I will bet my account Jones doesn't last until the 2nd round.

Guard in top 10 is a waste of a top 10 pick. Elite Guard play can be found in later rounds, especially in this draft. The talent difference between Cooper who you can either grab in the 2nd or trade down in the first for is minimal, plus Jones and Warford have elite potential. If you're drafting a guard in the first, trade down, and don't waste the value.

@nfldraftscout: Was told tonight that at least 10 teams have removed Jarvis Jones from their draft board due to spinal issue.

Obviously things could change with free agency but how about this:

First Round: Ziggy Ansah. OLB Utah. I think after workouts and the combine Rex is going to fall in love with this kid and lobby hard for him.


Second Round: Eric Reid. S LSU. Good in coverage and run support. Signing Landry is a long shot right now.


Third Round: Stedman Bailey. WR WVU. Can play slot and outside. Great Hands and ready to go day one.


Fourth Round: Kenjon Barner. RB Oregon. Great fit for WCO, great hands and big play ability.


Fifth Round: Alvin Bailey. G Arkansas. Could come in and compete for starting spot right away.


Sixth Round: Michael Williams. TE Alabama. Solid all around TE, can block and be useful in the passing game.


Seventh Round: Cooper Taylor. S Richmond. Interesting prospect. 6-4 226. Ran 4.57 at East West Shrine game. Great in run support and showed good ability in coverage. Worst case could be a good special teams guy.

Who are your potential starting OGs ?
Is Reed going to be your starting SS or FS ?


Really like that 7th round pick. Kid is someone i could work with.

No "feature" back. A combo of Barner, Powell and McKnight could work in a WCO.

I am going on the assumption that they sign a FA guard. Bailey and that FA could start.

Reid could play FS. The kid Taylor could play SS, if not Allen or Bush can.

Bohanon is one of my personal favorites in the late rounds.

Traditionally in the west coast offense, you want a FB who can act as a safety valve for the QB.

Pretty much how we used guys like Richie Anderson and Jerald Sowell with Pennington back in the day.

Bohanon is a damn good receiver, solid runner in short yardage situations and above average as a lead blocker. Very well rounded FB.

A combo of powell and barner would be stellar in my opinion.

Watching the RBs today, there are just so many out there.

Graham, franklin, randle, gillilesee, taylor, michael, barner...all could be there in the 3rd or later (definitely later for graham and franklin).

Great year to have to pick up a RB

I like this draft, but would love to get RB Ball (Wisconsin) in the 2nd round. Hearing a lot of positive things about this kid Sean Renfree.

Who do you see Cleveland going with in the 1st that they pass on Jones in the 2nd. I see Sherard manning one spot, but if they don't go OLB there
and go Floyd no way they pass.

Bailey to me is Kerley - Best used in the slot

Warmack seems to have fun out there, he will be a great pick.

They do not have a second round pick.

Bailey has more value than a slot guy. He can play outside as well, much like a Greg Jennings.
