Star Lituleilei has a heart condition
Looks like another player is going to fall down the draft boards. I would not take him at #9. But more now than ever I hope the jets can trade down.

I have been watching Scout Inc's top 32 on NFL website and he has dropped down today, whereas Warmack has shot up to 2.

That heart condition could only have been picked up by an echocardiogram, a heart ultrasound- it's not something they normally would do at Utah or in an asymptomatic undergrad.

@TonyPauline: I'm told the condition preventing Star Lotulelei from working out at combine is similar to the one Frank Alexander, 4th rd pick, had in '12.
