maybe once in a VERY long time we will have a NFL capable OC. Im encouraged for once, sparano I thought would be a disaster but thought "maybe Jets brass know something I dont" but obviously that wasnt the case.. Ofcourse we need a NFL qb to run the WCO. Maybe next year..

If we have a good OC, I dont see why we need to get a new HC. If the OC is capable, he will call the plays and run the O how he wants.. The new GM appears light years ahead of MT, he will pick the players.. This is how normal teams work.. The HC doesnt have to do a lot if his OC,DC,GM are good at what they do.. Those lucky few can just cheer on and motivate.. Ofcourse they make a few tough calls, when to kick fg or go for it, ect.. Rex is a great defensive coach, take him away and our D might be demoted to what it was with mangina..why it was ranked 16th, 18th in 07/08. then 1st/3rd in 09/10 then we will need a great qb to overtake the weakness of D, and those arent easy to find as we know.. Unless you can tell me we can go out get a new HC, and DC almost as good as Rex, I think Rex should stay..
