No, he deserves a trial, of course. But the little girl survived,a witness, and a motorist saw this guy flee the scene.Also admitted to downloading child porn for 6 years.If he commited the crime, there wasd no threat posed by that mother and little girl.He cut that monitering device off and went looking to kill.Apparently, a trial would give us the facts, i would hope.
