After loading up on 'roids given to him by his head coach and trainer, Spikes waited until after the play was over and hit Fitzpatrick in the head with a foreign object as Fitzpatrick was sitting on his bench with his helmet off. He then made a throat-cutting gesture to a 10 year old kid in the audience, flipped everyone the bird, and went back to the huddle. Frankly, I don't think the fine was adequate.
