Completely by accident on YouTube I came across this Russian guy who has posted a bunch of covers. I don't even know if he's a professional musician but he's effin amazing. He does a lot of metal, but it looks like most of it on a classical guitar w/ a pickup.

When it comes to covering songs, it just doesn't get much better than this. Jimi's version of Dylan's All Along The Watchtower is just incredible.
