Yeah apparently when the team was going to hell and leaking stuff to the media Tice got pissed and challenged everybody on the team that if they had a problem with him they could thump.

And Tice is a former football player who is pretty big, I guess nobody wanted it LOL

tice is an offensive line coach by trade and a former tight end, i wouldnt see him coaching defense
