Price for Soriano?

I have no idea what value guys like Cabrera and Phillips have - I would have to assume they are worth as much as a top prospect because they have shown the ability to play in NY already.....

That being said - think the Nats would take Cabrera, Philips and K. Thompson for Soriano? Would that be too much to give up? Or not enough? Keep in mind he's Washington is going to lose him anyway at year end....

Can't give up Melky he has 2 much potential.

I don't think we need soriano

I'm not even sure we need pitching that much....

what happens when Octavio Dotel is ready?

get someone of VALUE if they are outthere but don't sell the farm or give away the future!!!!

for Maddux? as little as possible - I think he's losing it, but I think he has enough left in the tank for one last stretch, maybe putting on the pinstripes will inspire him to go out on a high note....

ok everyone knows i hate the yankees....BUT....

.286 with no HR and 12 RBI....AND he is an average outfielder....what makes anyone think he is worth anyhting close to a top prospect?

any YANKEE fan actually think Melky is a potential all star in the outfield?

I don't know why anyone on the Yanks should scare you...we are in dif. leagues remember...

anyway, don't just look at the guys stats look at when he comes through also...If it were up to me I wouldn't trade him for anything...well maybe not anything

I say yes b/c I have seen the guy for a while but...

I understand ur skept.

yes or no your skept has more to do with your hatred for the Yanks than what the kid does on the field

i can think of many guys that the yankees should trade the kid for.......here is an example....if the cardinals are willing to trade Edmonds for Melky i would run to make that trade if i was the yankees.
