We will draft a full 25 man roster and a manager, and you will be forced to have a 5 man rotation, 9 man lineup (with DH), atleast 3 men in the bullpen and on the bench. That is 20 of the 25 spots mandatory to be filled, and then with the other 5 you can draft additional bench players and relievers.
We'll have a 5 hour clock for every pick and if you miss it everyone behind you may pick in order until you arrive. From 12 AM to 8 AM there will be a "rest period" in which no one's clock is moving, but whoever is OTC can still make their pick. If your clock begins at 11 PM, then the time transfers and you'll have until 12 PM.
