Grand Slam Beltran

That's his 2nd in consecutive games. 7-2 Mets. This guy's starting to carry the team. If Floyd and Delgado get hot, look out. Pelfrey lasted a good 7 innings.

I just got back from upstate and turned the game on. Great to see Beltran come through in the clutch. It's going to be a great second half.

6 innings for Pelfrey.

Beltran has been quietly putting up MVP numbers all year.

Tied with D-Wright for team lead in RBI's. Delgado has looked brutall though.

Pretty clutch too. Two outs, top of the 7th, bases juiced, Mets clinging to a 3-2 lead after Pelfrey pitched well, and Milton wanted no part of Loduca, walking him on 4 pitches, thinking Beltran couldn't hit him, being Milton's a lefty. Just Awesome

This game is important for the second half of the season. They are playing like division leaders right now. Pelfrey looked great. It's going to be a nice summer.

the braves have to make up ground, not the mets.

way to have a blazing hot streak and:

1) gain 1 game on the mets

2) have them still be up by 11.5

3) still be 4 games under .500 in the pathetic NL

your posts are weaker than clock radio speakers

of course not..aim for the division! The WC comes second. Im watching the Met game i tv and the braves game on MLB.TV..nothing like watching this offensive onslaught. Im hearing Mcann just hit a home run in the background while I am typing this. 13-1.

12 Stolen Bases
.991 Fielding Percentage, 2 Errors, 6 Outfield Assists.

That's hardly overpaid. He's having a terrific season and deserves serious MVP consideration.

BB was being sarcastic, if anything he is underpaid.
