Kind of surprising. Didn't know the Rangers were even in the race for him. Carlos Lee is an excellent ballplayer.

Rangers got a good deal. The Brewers got some talent for someone who would've undoubtedly signed with another team after this year. Good deal on their part too.

All I have to say is thank God that Carlos Lee is out of the NL ... he's been a Met killer in past years. Very good player.
