Mets at Phillies thursday 1pm

I'm planning on driving down to the new ballpark for this game. Any JI-ers going to be there?

I was on the sched also, but was able to work out a switch. They'll all hate me when they realize what I pulled, but I'll be at a new park in the sun eating a cheesesteak and drinking a brew. Screw them if they can't take a joke.

I can imagine, cuz the nicest arena and the nicest football stadium* are right next door. Looking forward to it.

I might be there... depending on what happens in game 3. If the Mets win, I'll be down to drive to game 4. If the Mets lose, I don't want to be in philly to see them try to avoid a sweep or actually get swept.

I'd be pissed and probably get kicked out the ballpark !!

The Wachovia Center is nice...but the American Airlines Arena in Miami has it beat. The only thing I like about the Igles stadium is the Eagle logo made out of their seats in the upper deck...that's sick.

I love Wachovia simply because there's a cigar shop amd microbrewery in the lobby. Not counting on such amenities at CBP, but it sure would be nice. I'll settle for a good seat and a Mets win.

Outstanding park. I'm so jealous of Philly sports fans. There are plenty of beer stands and each one sevres a different compliment of microbrews. Noone has a hysterectomy if you light up a stogie out on the concourse. The drive sucks, tho.
