Kenny Rogers

I just wonder how many Mets or even Yankee fans felt the same as me when he left. The walks were a freaky thing. I was willing to forgive. Still wish he was here.

Still hasn't been replaced. I said it then, and I'll say it now. No other lefty has that hook.

Lets not get crazy. I forgive him for his Atlanta meltdown in 99' but I'm not ready to see him pitch in Flushing again.

Great job tonight!

Every dog has his day. Putting aside the issue that he completely folded for both the Yanks and Mets, I have never heard from any source that he is anything but a major league ahole. I cannot think of another pitcher who has won 200 games who would never even be mentioned for the hall of fame. He is a bad guy and until tonight a complete choke artist.

That sounds like some $hit you'd see at Rikers.

Ill never forgive Rogers for that loss versus the Braves. I can deal with losing the game, but make the team put the ball in play. That was pathetic and no matter how many times he could beat the Yankees in the postseason will never make me want him back in a Met uniform.
