D'brick isnt a bust, it's the number of quality players we have, the offense can not be expected to score 35 pts a game with 1 playmaker on offense (coles). The glaring need is in the middle of our offensive line and defensive line, we need bigger stronger guards who wont get pushed back every play, and the defense needs a 3-4 NT who can hold up two blockers and occasionally make plays in the backfield.

When Pennington has time he can be very very good, but he needs time, and we need a running game. Will win more games than we did last year because Mangini will make them responsible and make them play hard through 16 games.

Look for a major trade during the trading deadline - taking the D-brick cap hit may make sense especially if we can get a second rounder for him, and pick up someone who can play the 3-4 short term. The game today was awful
