WTF is going on in this video?

anybody have any guesses as to why any of this is happening?...namely, why was an indirect penalty kick given INSIDE the box, and what the hell is everybody cheering about?...anybody, cause i'm baffled...

Best guess the free kick was given for the keeper picking up a back pass.
I'd assume the celebrations were because the team in white were 1-0 and it was at the end of the game.

And what a miss that was too.
