I was at a counter-protest almost a year ago when the leftist were protesting the Iraq war...and as usual it turned into nothing more than an anti-American b!tch session...they got silent when I kept asking why they didn't protest when clinton illegally bombed Bosnia (something I thought he was right in doing)....

One woman on the podium claimed she supported the troops but US troops in Iraq were guilty of many of the same crimes the Nazi's were found guilty of in Nuremburg....when she was pressed to name one she pulled a Jackie Gleason...

Two of my favorite protesters...they haven't skipped a beat and they haven't learned a damn thing. If you protest a war, you protest the soldiers that are fighting it. And if you don't understand that logic, you're either in political office or you never spent a day in combat.

The trouble isn't 'protesting' or probably the majority of protesters who get involved in these sort of things..... It's the same idiots who try to start riots at the G8 meetings, or whenever the worldbank meets and so on and so on.

They're professional protesters, and they're simply there to cause trouble.

Others legitimately go with good intentions and feel like they're doing the right thing. Others come with ski masks in their backpacks and are waiting for the first opportunity to stab a police horse or throw a brick at a cop.

Those are the morons that give all legitimate protesters a bad name.

the professional protestors, ANSWER, UPJ, (both anti-American organizations with Answer having it's roots in communism) are the groups who put on these protests, getting the permits, etc...

it's a shame Bush can't get a third term maybe he could have gotten a constitiutional ammendment through to ban all forms of anti-government protest

cause ya know, that's really all this country is founded upon is supporting the establishment and keeping ones opinions to one's self
